Customer Caution: Reviews on Tripadvisor, Google, etc.

Please be advised that a number of postings about us on review websites are malicious and vindictive. Whilst they have been reported to Tripadvisor and Google, it has been widely reported in the media that these companies seem to be incapable of distinguishing between fake/malicious postings and genuine postings. Unfortunately the postings in question remain on their respective websites at present.

We will not entertain behaviour or communication of a bullying or vindictive nature which is tantamount to harassment and extortion.

Customers are advised to use discretion when reading online reviews.
